Exchanges/ Return 

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the day of purchase. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt, the original packaging and be in new condition as determined by the Store Associate. We will not accept any damaged item.

Special Order items must be pre-paid and are non-returnable. Circumstances do arise were the items may be returned, but will be subject to a re-stocking fee determined by the manufacturer 

Items listed below are considered non-returnable:

  • Used Equipment.
  • Hygiene related products (Pillows, Wedge Cushions, Mattresses, Bathroom Equipment, Lumbar Supports, etc).

Used equipment warranty policy. 

Every used item we carry is rigorously inspected and tested before being put up for resale. All equipment is guaranteed to work, regardless of its cosmetic condition. Used equipment has ninety (90) days Parts and Labor warranty from date of the invoice.  

The warranty covers any failures that occur during normal use 

Covered Issues 

Our standard warranty covers all mechanical failures that occur during normal use. You get 100% Parts & Labor coverage with zero deductibles.  

Covered issues include brakes, brakes cables, springs, tilt cylinders, tilt cables, bearings any structural frame. 

The coverage excludes upholsteries, covers, armpads, tires, and any damage for the incorrect use of the equipment.

A charge of $40.00 will be charged for all NSF Cheques.
